Reiki

What Reiki Is

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy-based practice rooted in the understanding that a universal life energy flows through all living things. During a Reiki session, this energy is invited to flow in a way that supports balance, relaxation, and overall well-being — helping the body and nervous system shift out of stress and into a state of rest and restoration.


Many people experience Reiki as deeply calming, grounding, or spiritually nourishing. Sessions may support emotional balance, increased self-awareness, clarity, and a stronger sense of connection—to yourself, your body, and something greater than you. 


Reiki does not require belief to be effective and is typically received either in person or at a distance. 


Reiki is best understood as a supportive wellness practice that works alongside, not in place of, other forms of care.


What Reiki Isn’t

Reiki is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or claim to heal disease.


Reiki is also not something that is done to you or a force that overrides your free will. Instead, it supports your body’s natural wisdom and innate capacity for balance. Each person’s experience is unique, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Guided Meditations & Mind-Body Practices

Guided meditation and mind–body practices are thoughtfully integrated into my work to support clients in slowing down, reconnecting, and cultivating greater presence and awareness. These approaches may include grounding practices, breath awareness, visualization, relaxation techniques, and reflective guidance.


My approach is welcoming and accessible for both beginners and those with an existing meditation practice. The focus is less on “doing meditation perfectly” and more on creating space for calm, reflection, and inner awareness.


These practices are incorporated within coaching and holistic sessions, and may also be included as part of workshops, presentations, and workplace wellness programs.


Guided meditation and mind–body practices may be especially supportive if you:

✔ Want to reduce stress and mental overload
✔ Are curious about meditation but unsure where to start
✔ Want simple tools to support calm and focus
✔ Enjoy reflective or inward-focused practices
✔ Want structured time to pause and reconnect
