I know what it feels like to wake up exhausted before the day even begins. To lie awake at night replaying conversations, worrying about work, worrying about home, questioning yourself — wondering how much longer you can keep doing this.
I know what it feels like to be trapped between responsibility and survival. To feel angry, anxious, overwhelmed, and emotionally drained — and still believe you have to keep pushing through.
I know what it's like to carry it quietly. To smile in meetings. To tell people you're fine. To wonder if it's even safe to be honest about how bad things have really gotten.
I've been there. Not from a textbook. Not from theory. From lived experience.
What changed my life wasn't someone fixing me. It was having the space to reconnect with myself. To understand what was out of alignment, what my mind and body were trying to tell me, and what needed to change. That journey is what led me to this work.
I'm Kimberly — a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Coach with 25+ years of experience. Yes, I bring professional training to this work. But more importantly, I bring compassion, honesty, and the understanding that comes from having walked through burnout and emotional exhaustion myself.
My role isn't to judge you or tell you to just think positive. It's to walk alongside you as you reconnect with clarity, balance, and the version of yourself that's been buried underneath stress, pressure, and survival mode.
You don't have to keep carrying it alone.
